Blackbird
The male Blackbird lives up to the name and the black plumage and bright orange/yellow beak and eye-ring make them one of the most striking garden birds. Females are brown often with spots and streaks on their breasts.

The Blackbird is one of the commonest UK birds and it can be found all year round in gardens, parks, woodlands and farmland.
